CRIMINAL JUSTICE 290-A Sustainablty & Soc Jst
A unique course in sovereignty, sustainability and social justice. A study of selected topics involving the unique status of Indian Tribes and the federal government is explored. We will study land status, land use, air, water, and energy resources. Issues of sustainability include examining the natural environment relating to reservation communities. This course exposes students to professionals and organizations who are actively working toward making their organizations and industries sustainable.
